Group Therapy
Sometimes the best way to heal is to surround yourself with people who know what you’re experiencing.
In my group therapy sessions you will be able to express yourself in a safe, understanding environment and learn from others. I direct the sessions by setting the tone and topics, but the magic happens as the group shares together.
I lead separate therapy groups in the Seattle area for the following issues:

My workshops are multi-session group settings packed with learning and practical application. You will go home with assignments and materials to practice and build on the concepts discussed in each session.

For Couples
The Engagement Workshop
This is a 4-session workshop for soon-to-be-married couples who want to learn foundational principles of happy marriages.
Keys to a Happy, Healthy Marriage
An 8-session workshop for married couples that covers topics like how to recognize and avoid destructive patterns in your marriage and how to feel close and intimate long after the honeymoon.
For Individuals
Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Reduction
In this 6-week workshop you will get trained in the basics of the mindfulness based stress reduction method (also known as MBSR or simply mindfulness). This is a popular and effective method for reducing anxiety and stress.
*My next 6-week course begins on Thursday, May 6th. Classes are weekly on Thursdays from 6:30-8pm.
